OH, give me a fucking break

I don't get involved in this sort of thing much anymore, but I'm really just too amused to sit still.

For those of you running around acting all puffed-up and proud of your "detective skills"...

GROW UP.

You created a tempest in a teapot and pissed off or upset a bunch of people, just to stroke your own egos and make yourselves look good. Well, you might look good in a mirror, but to most of us, you look like a bunch of bitchy gossip queens. Bully for you. *rolls eyes*

In case you want to say anything, I'll be over here in the Adult Section. Don't forget to take your milk and cookies before your nap.

ETA: I've enabled anonymous commenting for this post, because I've got a nice big tub of fresh popcorn popping. So please, feel free to entertain us.

*plonks her fat ass in the pew*

This kind of negative feeding frenzy shit in lj makes me crazy. There is no fucking point to it. I hate it. I will not be a party to this fucking ugly bitch pack mentality smelling blood and tearing some poor hapless sod to bits for the wank factor thrill. I have been unfriended over it and feel pounds lighter with the relief.

I feel better, thank you.

*applauds*

It does feel good, doesn't it? Damn, if there's one thing that I regret about getting involved in the LOTR fandom, it's having to deal with the PsychoBitches that appeared like a flesh-eating virus on your medical chart. Sometimes (just for a moment, mind you) I wish PJ had cast somebody else as Frodo. Someone who, say, wouldn't attract these kinds of frothing vampires uncontrolled powerseekers overaged teenyboppers...damn, what to call 'em? Anyway, whatever. Neither LOTR nor Elijah nor any of the decent readers deserve the nuisance of dealing with this kind of playground nonsense.

But look on the bright side (again!)...at least it gives you a chance to clean out your friends list. ;)
