I always feel sorry for the mouse, even though I know that the cat is just being itself. I worked at a place that had 2 cats outside, and they were always bringing us half-dead chipmunks and stuff. It's really fascinating how wild the domestic housecat still is. My cats destroy any cricket unlucky enough to wander into my apartment.
