Here's an interesting thing.
That
fascinating discussion over at
elasg's journal reminded me that I had this little gem in my files. I found it a few years ago on the internet, and have made a few additions that I thought were relevant. I post it here now for your use. :)
( Questionnaire for Proselytizing Christians )Now, I'm posting this in hopes that folks will find it useful. Personally, I like to keep a copy of it in my backpack so I can easily hand it out when I'm buttonholed. It can avoid unpleasantness, as its length and complexity will usually bamboozle the recipient long enough for me to get away if I don't feel like talking to them (which I often do, religious discussion being an interest of mine). Plus, I personally feel it's a great document for them to work through, as any Christian who can answer all the question fully while obeying the instructions and come out the other side with his faith intact will be a lot stronger for it.
You may of course modify the first paragraph's point about not being a Christian anymore if it does not apply to you.
It's an interesting document, and has proven itself in my experience.
Have fun! :)
