Surya and Roscoe - An orangutan and his dog


Over at National Geographic, this video of an orangutan who has acquired a dog. Seems the ape was out with his handlers one day, and this hound just decided he had to go home with him. So now the dog lives in the compound and is Surya's dog. They hang out, roll around, swim together. Surya shares all his food with Roscoe. The orang even takes the dog out for walks. They clearly love each other very much, even if the narrator stops short of using that word. (Guess that's just too "anthropomorphic". *eyeroll*)
