I really love this one. It's always interesting to see Zeke or Casey from an outside viewpoint, and having it be Zeke's mother is a powerful way of doing it. I've read different fics with different interpretations of his mother, and wrote her into one of my stories, but I've never read one from her pov. I felt sorry for her, because she's only realizing too late what a remarkable young man he's become.
