I wanted Ethan, of course, but I did really love seeing the interaction of Vanessa and John. And Rory Kinnear should win all the awards for that performance. Three roles in one scene, and he played them all so beautifully. I had no trouble telling who he was at any moment. It was a tour de force. And seeing Eva Green at her ferocious best, revealing all the different emotions Vanessa was going through was fantastic. PD never bores me.
