I know it's, in Sting's own words, "a song about fucking", and I gather there's some in there about sweat and heat and blood, and being hungry. Can anybody help me out with this?

Having looked at the translations on the list to which txvoodoo linked, I can say that the one by Pascale Colon (the fourth one) is the most accurate.
