Obama is blowing the last debate question. Instead of showiing spontaneity and engaging the question that was asked ("What don't you know and how will you learn it?" - a brilliant question), he's just falling back on biographical anecdote and boilerplate. DAMN. That is so fucking disappointing.

Dude, not cool. Not answering the question is what cowards do. You got handed a jewel, and you dropped it.

He only did that because he knew McCain wasn't going to answer it either and WAS going to use the chance to sum up. And Brokaw was doing such a lousy job of moderating, someone had to take control. It was a good question, but weighing answering a good question against winning the election -- I'd choose the election.
