Thank you. I can see why they called it that. You can see all kinds of wondrous things in nebulae. It's really fascinating.

I'm willing to try, sure. I'm not sure how you can reimburse me, though. I do have a basic PayPal account, with which I can pay other people, but I don't think I can receive money on it. That's always a problem.

I have a basic account too, and I receive money through it. I think Business accounts get a higher limit or something. I know I've been able to receive payments of over $100, so I think it'll be okay.

Why don't we start by having you try the merchants on that page? (Either of the first two; the third's too expensive.) Go ahead and go through the ordering process and see if either of them will ship to you. (You'll find out after the page that asks for your address.) If it accepts your address, go ahead to the page where gives you the total. (You don't have to actually buy it, just go through the process far enough to get the total.)
