I really would like to join in the hobbit_smut challenges, but as usual I'm feeling apprehensive about committing to that, and kind of stuck, and just needing a kick in the ass. So I'm going to fling caution to the wind here, and make this same offer that I've seen several other writers making. (I must be crazy, but what the hell!)

If you'd like a drabble or ficlet sent to you along with a holiday card, fill out the poll below. I'll do my damnedest to come up with something good for you, and in return you'll help get my juices flowing. (Writing porn does that, you know.)

I think the lack of response isn't because of the offer, because I would love a drabble from you and I would LOVE to see you participate in the hobbit_smut challenges, but it is the request for address. A lot of folks just don't give them out to anyone, no matter what. That may be the issue. I would love one on the subject of Frodo and Merry and some fun bondage, but email is fine!!

I am submitting the request, but the field is short enough that it cut off the last digit of my ZIP code, which is 2. (That may be a reason why you are not getting too many responses.) As for the drabble request, there wasn't enough room for me to add, "Please pick whichever one you are most comfortable doing."

The real reason for this comment, though, is to ask if I can return the favor? Would you like a drabble? I can do F/S or M/P, and many pairings of Lotrips. (Just don't ask me to do rape or gratuitous abuse.)
