Well, they're both .jpg files, so if your image viewer can't handle them, I'd say your viewer isn't working.
As to how to get them, just right-click and hit "save image as..." or whatever the browser you're using says. That's really the easiest way to pick them up. Going to Photobucket won't make a difference if your viewer program won't view them.
