I wish now that I'd actually talked to him, but that's Monday morning quarterbacking. What the fuck was I gonna say to a 19-year--old kid? I have a vague memory of him asking me where the office was the first day of shooting, but other than that, I don't think we passed more than three words the whole time I worked there, two of which were probably "hey". Still, it's been such a delight to watch him mature, especially out of that era of SHIT movies he was making when he first hit big. The best thing he ever did was leave Hollywood.
