Still haven't gotten to the vet, because I have no way to get around other than the bus, and after the last couple of times being REFUSED entry onto the bus because I had a handcart, I'm not up for trying again just to be stranded in the fucking heat with a sick cat and no way to the vet or home. Hoping I can get a ride from family once they're home.

I'll be setting up a GoFundMe page as soon as I get an estimate from the doctor. (And if it's necessary.) Again, thanks to everyone, and I will keep posting to let people know what happens.

Frodo has stopped crying. He's also stopped moving around, and can't jump anymore. I'm really scared I''ll lose him before I can get him to the doctor.

Oh no. :( I wish I lived locally so much so I could give you a ride.

This is an issue that is apparently unfortunately very common with neutered male cats of a certain age (can't remember the age range exactly). The good news is that if you can get him to the vet, the prognosis is VERY good. So I'm really hoping and praying you can get there, poor Frodo! My heart is wringing for you both.
