seraiIt looks like some of you would like to see the entries from the Forgotten English calendar. So in order to keep things neat, I've created a new LJ called ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
forgottnenglish. The Forgotten Word of the day will be posted there. Since I'll be posting copyrighted material, the journal will be friends-locked. So if you want to see the posts, please feel free to friend the journal, and leave a comment here or on the first post over there and I'll immediately friend you back.
A note of personal history here: I am a packrat. Really. One of the things I've collected over the years have been pictures. Hundreds if not thousands of them. There's stuff I've hung onto since the 70's! No particular rhyme or reason to them; they're just things I like.
In a recent effort to at least try to streamline my possessions, I've been scanning these pics and tossing the originals. (Not to worry, anything of real value I've kept. We're talking things like magazine pics and such here.) And it occurs to me that many of you, especially anybody doing collage art or manips, might want to see them. Soforgottnenglish will also be used for posting large picspams of this sort, not related to fandom. Many treasures there will be, yes, precious. *rubs hands together with glee*
