OK, for the last ten minutes I've been trying to work out a way to present this clip that would induce you to watch it because, believe me, it's brilliant. Would mentioning that it stars Tom Noonan do the trick? (He's so utterly wonderful, that guy.) How about the fact that it's based on a story by Terry Bisson? I can't tell you what it's about because that would totally spoil it.

*sigh*

I guess you'll just have to trust me...

*grin* It fascinates me for some reason. I think it's partly the way Ben pronounces the word "meat", and partly Tom's horror at the whole concept. And Ben's eyebrow. I don't know, the whole thing cracks me up.

The internet has become a treasure trove of short films; along with all the amateur nonsense, it's perfect for these film projects that have no other distribution possibilities. Thank the gods, because I used to hear about wonderful short films that won awards and such, and there was no way to ever see them!
