...I must pray your patience for a while. I have been rather swept off my feet by this alien Paragon of Virtue, who as well as being Stong, Kind and Honest, is the most Fuckably Droolworthy thing I've seen in many a day. (And the actor playing him ain't chopped liver, either!)













See what I mean? Now how am I, hot-blooded Spaniard that I am, supposed to stand up to that? A magnificent beast like that running around puts juice in a woman's cauldron!

So if you're tired of hearing me squee about this, I'm sorry to tell you that you haven't heard the last. Since LOTR has always been a cyclical thing for me (these past five years is the longest I've ever hung with that story), I'm not surprised that something else has distracted me. I've not yet felt any impulse to write in this new fandom (no, no! close that damn Word document!), but my eyes are definitely drawn to this quite toothsome hunk of MANFLESH.

Please feel free to drop me if you really don't want to deal with my newfound Routh fetish. But since this is his first film, there isn't much to delve into, so I don't foresee it lasting very long. After that, who knows?

I have not been fortunate enough to see this film yet, but I do intend to remedy that as soon as I can.

I have no intention of dropping you, unless you begin threatening me or those I love with a Smurf invasion, which I don't really imagine you doing. I hope that you'll be able to put up with my continued love for Tolkien, along with my other ramblings. I also hope that I'll have a chance to see you again next year when I'm at ORC.

*hugs* Your vote of confidence is flattering, but I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you. I honestly have no idea when or if I'll write again. Maybe yes, maybe no. Writing does tend to come and go for me. But if I do write any more hobbit fic, I'll certainly be posting it.
