Eee, not the easiest thing to do! (Who wants to pick favorites among her children, after all?) But I'll give it a shot.
These are not all LOTR related, just so you know.
The Willow Spring - A picnic by the river.
On the Eve of Sunreturn - My first LOTR fic. Sam and his family at Yule.
At Last - Sam keeps watch at Frodo's bedside.
I'll Have No More of It - Sam defends his love against gossip and jealousy. My one stab at metafiction.

hobbit_smut challenges.
14 Astron, 1453 - a letter to a long-lost friend. I wrote this for Fennelseed, who gave me so much delight with her witty stories.
Winegod - Mardi Gras is fun!
David - Don't know what to say about this one, other than I like its mystery.
Truck - A spirited woman faces down a dangerous man. WARNING: Hot, hard, animal sex. Not non-con, but definitely not flowery.
Light - A vision of peace.
There's a mix in there of different ratings, gen, het and slash. Three of them are from a different fandom.
A list of ten's not enough for all my favorites, though.
ETA: Nope, I can't do it. I have to add more. I know, I know, it shows very little restraint on my part, but I just can't leave these out:
A Dream in the Black Land - My first piece of hobbit porn, and Jesus, Mary and Joseph, what a way to start off!
Twilight - On the Blessed Isle, Sam and Frodo sit by the sea. Written the night before Trilogy Tuesday, 2003.
Snow - A tale of a hobbit lad and a wizard's advice.
One Kiss - Not all desires get to be fulfilled. Written for a Yule challenge athobbit_smut.
