trilliah, a wonderful hobbit writer, has recently begun delving into NC17 territory. She's just posted her latest endeavor, and she credits a story of mine as the inspiration for it. O_o

Hidden Wounds

Now, a warning: the above story is a darkfic, containing Non-con, some SM elements, and tons of angst. Not at all for the faint of heart.

But it's sad, deep and beautifully written, so I recommend it for those as can take it. If you're one of those, please go - read and respond! :)

Thank you so much for this rec! I read the story today and was thoroughly moved by it. Isn't it wonderful when a story really makes us feel something?! And it is fantastically written too. Now I'm going to read: 'A Dream in the Black Land', because if it inspired such an amazing story, it must be amazing too. :D
