I think we can all agree on the Unmitigated Asshattery that is John McCain. But a lot of people in this country are being bamboozled by his "straight talk" bullshit. This is a neocon shell game artist who supports every warmongering trope imaginable; voted (and still votes) for every possible way of reducing, outsourcing and destroying as many American jobs as he can; and wants to cut, drown and take away every public benefit Americans receive, benefits such as Medicare, Social Security, etc. etc. etc. (You know, all those things everyone except the super rich will eventually NEED.)

But some people are fighting back. The AFL-CIO, bless 'em, have put together a webpage called, appropriately enough,

McCain Revealed,

which details McCain's voting and lobbying record. All the above and more are on there, in glowing detail. You could do worse than pass the link along, so that others may be informed. Every little bit helps, and it's about time we stopped concentrating on the Clinton/Obama sandbox games, and started working to get this deceitful, hateful hack as far from the White House as possible.

Because his kind of shit our crippled, exhausted country does NOT need.

I'm getting so SICK of everybody going on and on about the stupid Democratic primary fight. Bitch, WHAT ABOUT THE REPUBLICANS?? We're down to the frigging VOTERS having to do the campaigning against them, because the candidates are too busy playing I know you are, but what am I? It's insane. And I'm now pretty damn sure that the whole idea of making the campaign two years long was a brainstorm on the part of Republican party hacks, because they knew the Democrats would spend the whole time immersed in stupid squabbling. I can't believe how many people I know are all tied up in this crap, and can't seem to find any attention for the fuckers who'll drown us if they keep the White House. They're gonna waltz right back in while the Democrats are still stamping their feet and tantruming.
