Tab Mix Plus - question

I've seen a lot of people crowing about how great this Firefox feature is. I downloaded it for my Firefox, but as far as I can see, the ONE thing I need it to do, it doesn't do. That is remembering the set of tabs that I'm working on at the moment. If I'm working on a set of, say, six tabs, each at a different website, I need to be able to "bookmark" that set of tabs, so that I can call it back when I need it. As far as I can see, TMP does NOT do this, and all its other little bells and whistles are useless to me. The idea of an extension that would remember tab combos is the ONLY reason I got this thing.
So, is there some way to do this with TMP that I'm not finding? If not, is there some other extension that will do this? I just lost a set of tabs that I needed, and I'm fairly pissed about this.

Then you will be able to restore that set of tabs later.
