Ah, me dear! My darling, lovely, angelfaced boy Young Man!

How ecstatic I am that you've finally been given the recognition you deserve!

I've been watching you since you were a wee one, bowling me over with your talent, honesty and clear transparency on the screen. Such a one, damn! You've blossomed and grown and developed with such grace.










And how incredible it was to hear that you'd be playing a character that helped to shape me into who I am. To be honest, the news puzzled me a bit at first, but only because I'd never pictured Frodo Baggins looking so young. Not for a moment did I doubt you could actually perform to the standard required for a role of such magnitude.

And you did. You blew me away, and made me fall in love all over again - with dear Frodo, after 25 years finally a living presence in front of my eyes, and with your own dear self. What an achievement, dear Elijah...

If I could give you the moon, I'd do it (though the gods know what you'd do with such a thing - probably store it in a box in your office, lol). You deserve all the riches life will undoubtedly give you, for that performance. You've led a charmed life so far, it seems, and highly deserved it is. Here's hoping it will continue to gift you with all the luck, opportunity and recognition possible.

Your words are beautiful and mirror my own thoughts and feelings exactly, except for the fact I had never heard of him before LOTR, living in England.

LOTR has been a huge part of my life for the past 25 years too ... Frodo was always my ultimate darling hero.

I too wish Elijah love, contentment and deep inner peace. Thank Goddess we have him.
