Okay, now I's confused. That was a HELLA easy quiz, but a math whiz didn't ace it?

This isn't math except in the most basic dictionary sense; these are *arithmetic* questions. Easy ones, at that. Math as theory uses this kind of number-teething so little that maybe the comment above about dealing with practical things is right.

It's like asking to spell "cat" and "dog" as grammar questions. I'd bet some grammarians don't have a reliable spelling gene, while still being good at sentence structure.
