It tells you on the first page. Once you have the image ready, center it on your screen so you can see all of it, then press "Print screen" on your keyboard. Open a graphics program (like Photoshop or Paint), hit "New" and then hit "Paste". The screenshot will come up there, and you can crop it to make your pic. :)
