Looking for info

I'm forming a new C/Z fic, which I hope my Muse will not snatch out of my hands. (He's done that, you know.) And I'm looking for some info.

Does anyone here know Chicago? Areas, locations, things like that. I'm looking for a sense of how the city is laid out demographically, who lives where, like that. And maybe a couple of specifics. If anyone knows the city well enough to answer some questions along those lines, I'd be ever grateful.

I may know a little...I live south of Chicago and go up to the area frequently. However, I doubt if I know all the intricate details of neighborhoods well enough. Do you know lilithlotr?? She lives in Chicago proper, I believe. I'm sure she'd be able to help if you asked her!
