Lovely! I never did get the hang of Haikus. :/

By the way--where did you get the art for that icon? If I've asked before, and you've answered, just give me a good kick (and tell me again anyway as I seem to have contracted Alzheimer's).

I've never gotten the hang of them either. This is my first one, and I was nervous about posting it. Haikus are so completely Japanese, encompassing concepts and philosophies of writing that are diametrically opposed to the ones used in Western writing, that it doesn't really feel right to even attempt one in English. But you know Muses. This one hit me and I had to write it down. But I don't intend to make a habit of it. I may be arrogant, but I'm not that arrogant, lol!

The art comes from mucun Tons of lovely hobbit art on her lj, and she allows anyone and everyone to use it freely. Pretty damn rare for a Japan fan. She really rocks!
