Thanks to the generosity and fast action of many of Rakshi's friends, I can now send the vendor of the Sam and Bill the Pony statue fully HALF the bid price as a down payment! I am just flattened and awed at the generosity of all these lovely folks!

Anyone new to this filter, please go back one post and see what this is about. Once again, I must emphasize that this is a REALLY SEKRIT PROJECT. So please be sure to have a care and not let our dear Rak know that anything is up, OK?

I have the memberships set to moderated, which means I will approve all memberships. This is ONLY because I don't want just anyone wandering in - we want to keep the lid on this! I'm NOT trying to exclude any of Rakshi's friends! If you know someone who would like in on the project, please have them email me, and we can go from there.

So we still have half way to go (though I'm not counting the payments that are coming through snailmail - there are several of those). Please get the word out if you can.
