But don't you live in LA? I'm going to be there, but I'm only going to one party (don't know which one yet). I'm there not to see the celebrities but to see people I've "met" on LJ.

Come for that reason alone! It would be wonderful to meet you. Maybe a bunch of us can have lunch, or at least coffee. It would be so much fun to actually say the words "Elijah" and "Sean" and "Billy" out loud, don't you think? I mean, I can talk to my husband and a couple RL friends, but not nearly to the extent that I really want to.

So come, please, even if just for a few hours.

*sigh* I don't even know if I can afford one party. It's all awfully expensive. $65 for a party is a fuck of a lot of money, when I haven't even been to a movie in a month. I've got a lot of bills right now, and I just can't see squeezing that out. Maybe in a couple of weeks, but I've not idea if there will still be tickets by the time I have the bucks. Maybe. Like I say, I'm starting to want to go, but...don't know.
