Fucking hell. Things have gotten so bad, I couldn't make the $4.00 payment to keep my userpics up. My electricity will be cut off within a week or so. I'll probably lose my internet connection. I might be able to keep my phone line up.

Things have never been this bad. I have no fucking idea where I'm going to get any money to pay my bills. What with my knees getting completely fucked up and surgery in my immediate future, I can't even do the few odd jobs I was depending on to scrape the utility payments together. I've applied for government money, but it'll be at least four weeks before I get any answer, too late to pay any of my bills. Nothing I put up on eBay sells. I'm completely fucking desperate.

Thank you so much, honey, but I did get my head above water this month. Shirebound, Mews and Claudia got me out of the hole, bless them, and a little more money has come to me this week. (My former dealer - now that I have my dispensary card - asked me to bake a big order of cookies for a party he was throwing, and another friends came through with some transcribing work for me.) So although things are not great, they're not disastrous, either. I got the work dispensation form from my doctor and sent it to the county, so I hope to be getting some government money soon. It'll only be for six months, but at least I'll have a little breathing room where I can figure out where I go from here, without having to get hysterically frightened every month about whether I can keep the lights on.
