For the moment, I'm calmer. It feels fairly quiet inside, though I'll have to see how the evening goes. It did strike me today how much of the time I managed to fake being well. Maybe tomorrow will be better.

Still not up to going into any detail about what I'm feeling. Truth is, I'm not feeling much of anything at the moment. Just kind of flat. It's not gone, though. I know that. It never goes away; the most it does is shut up for a while. Eventually it'll do that, I guess.

So glad Casey's here. Wish it wasn't so fucking hot, though.
