If I were to watch that show, it would be entirely for the awesomeness that is Peter Dinklage. That guy is badass beyond badass.

Still, even not being a GoT fan or knowing anything about the show, I laughed like hell at that scene. Even I could see the little shit deserved it. :DDD

OMG! How priceless was that! It was one of my favorite scenes in GOT and getting to watch it over and over was wonderful. When Cersei slapped Joffrey was pretty good, too.

Just saw your comment that you don't watch GOT so I should add that Cersei is Joffrey's mother.
